Hermit Hill by Nate Bramble has something in common with my comic… an old geezer.
This particular geezer is Walter Gregorian. He is anti-social and suffers from panic attacks if he tries to leave his hill. So the only time he interacts with people is if they come to him. And they do. Constantly. The local delivery boy girl is always coming by with a delivery of some sort. Salesmen. Gnomes. Other eccentrics. It’s almost like a one hill circus.
I was able to meet Nate earlier this year at STAPLE! and got a photo of him to prove it. I probably should have waited until he looked up. Anyway, it’s a fun comic.
