This strip is referencing American Idol, of course. My wife is a fan of the show, so I usually will watch it or at least listen to it while I’m doing something else.
Early in the season both Danny Gokey and Adam Lambert stood out. I, along with many others, thought it was going to come down to those two. Kris is a very good singer, but never stood out to me. He seemed to get less airtime or something.
Kris is defiantly standing out now and my predication is that Kris will be the American Idol winner.
