I have no idea why Star Trek is coming out on Thursday instead of Friday like most new movies.
Sunday is Mothers Day. I wouldn’t call Star Trek the kind of movie one might take Mom to see. Most moms anyway. I wonder how that might effect the box office. That might be the reason it’s coming out a day early.
